Abstract

Background: Leadership styles plays an important role in developing effective organizational performance of every organization. Organizational success is depends on the leaders of the organization and their leadership styles. Aim/purpose: It is proposed in this article to measure The leadership styles and its effect Setting: The nexus between leadership effect and its organizational performance during the time period from 2020 to 2022. Method: The Annova analysis is employed to measure reliability and validity of data model to examine their linear relationship. Results/finding : The study indicate that there is a significant positive association between the descriptive analysis result indicates that there is high level of correlation of transformational leadership from all independent variable and findings also confirm that the result of transformational Variables Conclusion: It was concluded that transformational leadership styles are explicitly profitable when dealing with bank employees Contribution: the leader encourages group conversations, that the leader encourages creativity and people are frequently largely engaged in systems and decisions
